sshd gives strange errors about EVP_CipherInit on -CURRENT

Hello, Freebsd-current.

 I've found a whole bunch of such messages in my logs today:

sshd[19508]: fatal: cipher_init: EVP_CipherInit: set key failed for aes128-cbc [preauth]

 It is -CURRENT, running r240324 on Geode LX with:

glxsb0: <AMD Geode LX Security Block (AES-128-CBC, RNG)> mem 0xa0000000-0xa0003fff irq 10 at device 1.2 on pci0

 I've never seen such messages before.
