-CURRENT: mountroot failed

Recent current (from today) is unable to mount root. (AMD64 with ICH7 and SATA disk)

After boot it halts with

Mounting from ufs:/dev/ada0s1a failed with error 19

A kernel from 1 May does not exhibit this problem.
It's basically a GENERIC kernel, with WITNESS and INVARIANTS taken out.

I've attached verbose boot logs from both the old and the new kernel

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this further?
