VirtualBox guest panic in ACPI

I tried running a -current (r219926) release in VirtualBox and got a panic.

acpi0: could not allocate interrupt
ACPI Exception: AE_ALREADY_EXISTS, Unable to install System Control Interrupt handler (20110316/evevent-137)
acpi: Could not enable ACPI: AE_ALREADY_EXISTS

If I boot after setting hint.acpi.0.disabled="1" it then panics with "No usable event timer" (there are errors about being unable to allocate an IRQ prior to the panic)
