libdialog & wide charcter support (Was: Request for testing/comments -- import of new dialog/libdialog)

Unlike devel/cdialog your diff (and r217309) has wide character support
disabled. Was this intentional? For example, without it for each UTF-8
character there'd be extra space padding in editobox, inputbox, fselect,
dselect, etc.
