Why is /usr/obj/lib32 where it is?

If you look under /usr/obj/lib32, you will see the same root of the fs
where the sources are, and approximately the same directory structure.

The lib32 dir is used for building the 32-bit compatibility libraries on
amd64, and needs to be separate from the 'native' obj directory.
