Googling further finds that referenced in a comment pointing to the
termcap manual, which refers to the terminfo names "enter_ca_mode"
and "exit_ca_mode". In that context, "ca" refers to cursor-addressing,
which is only related to titeInhibit since the strings happen to be
where xterm's alternate-screen controls are usually put.
