Missing return in malloc.c:arena_dalloc?

Yes, you're right about the bug.  I recently moved, and my development 
machines are still in boxes, but I'll try to get one unpacked this 
weekend and check in the fix if no one beats me to it.  Thanks for the 
bug report.
