cvsup crashing

[Pav Lucistnik]

We updated -CURRENT on pointyhat to r202579M: Tue Jan 19 08:43:56 UTC
2010 and now cvsup is catching SIGILL on every run updating ports
checkout, in gmtime_r(). Any insights?
