I will reapeat this again.
Is module regenerated using 8.0 kernel source?

I asking this because that step is not mentioned in your original report.

Could you also post output of following commands from gdb(1) prompt:
[I prefer textdump(4) instead of pictures]

cd /boot/your_kernel && gdb

and now type:

(gdb) file kernel
(gdb) file if_ndis.ko
press y
(gdb) l *ieee80211_new_state+0xb
(gdb) l *ndis_ticktask+0x184
