tzsetup and EST5EDT

Can't seem to set EST5EDT using the menus:
 wall: yes
 region: america
 country: united states
 zone: all eastern time choices, 1~10, come up with EST.
Almost certain this is wrong.
info google: EST EST5EDT
Use
'cp /usr/share/zoneinfo/EST5EDT /etc/localtime'
 or
'echo y | tzsetup -s /usr/share/zoneinfo/EST5EDT'
instead.
