traceroute inside FreeBSD 8.0 RC2

dev# traceroute www.google.com
traceroute: Warning: www.google.com has multiple addresses; using 74.125.95.106
traceroute: findsaddr: write: No such process

security.jail.allow_raw_sockets=1 is set in sysctl.conf

I found the problem is documented here for FreeBSD 7.2

this is just to confirm that it happens on 8.0 RC2 as well
