I did the following on my disk and it worked.
MAKE A BACKUP AND DON'T BLAME ME IF THINGS GO WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/ad6 oseek=1 bs=512 count=1

/dev/ad6 was my disk
