FreeBSD 8.0 - network stack crashes?

Nope ... All default, and mostly FreeBSD<->FreeBSD NFS mounts. The other FreeBSDs are at 7.x, and there's one OpenBSD 4.4 box. So nothing fancy. I'm at a complete loss here.
