Kernel panic when reboot on server with a Promise SX4000 and two ATA disks RAID1.

Interesting, but does not helps much. Just shows that problem is 
somewhere else, but not in shutdown sequence of drive itself. How is 
about two separate drives on the same channels as with RAID?
