periodic(8) daily should backup bsdlabel(8) / fdisk(8) disk labels

I second that. I posted in to this PR back in 2007, but this PR has 
still no attention of commiters. :(

It is sad that some "simple" PRs are opened for more than 3 years. It 
should be commited or refused and closed.
