This is not the first time I heard "I am not a lawyer".

Even if you were a lawyer, it would still be an 'opinion'.
And judges will give verdict based on both side 'opinions'.

That is why a rather stick we BSD/MIT type of licenses...
I can't afford (time & money) on lawyers "opinions" that may or may not ...
