usb_device_info has not been declared, some ports fail to build

You should contact the respective ports maintainers.  If a port wants
usb_device_info, they will need to include legacy/dev/usb/usb.h instead
of dev/usb/usb.h.  However, those ports will not work with the usb2
stack without additional, non-trivial porting work.

I now have some experience porting userland apps to usb2.  Porters can
use the patches in sysutils/hal as a guide.  I can also help with
specific questions.
