bittorrent performance is determined by a lager number of factores, the 
least of which is the OS.  Things like time of day, number of active 
peers, and certainly not least the protocol implementation play a much 
bigger role than TCP performance.

Compare downloading over HTTP for a comparable benchmark, or at very least 
use the same bittorrent implementation.
