$ cd /usr/ports
$ make quicksearch name=fastest_cvsup
Port:   fastest_cvsup-0.2.9_5
Path:   /usr/ports/sysutils/fastest_cvsup
Info:   Finds fastest CVSup server

For the other sugestion - I think not. I have had problems where the
fastest server is one that has lost all it's files, or that nobody is
using because it is badly out of date.
