tcsh and !#:q in alias postcmd

Usually these bugs should be filed against FreeBSD first in case it is an 
integration or FreeBSD specific issue. In this case it fails the same under 
both FreeBSD and Linux (CentOS 4.4) so it probably is a tcsh issue. I'll go 
ahead and forward the error to the tcsh mailing list.
