[7.0-BETA4] bootonly install fails, 'hostname nor servername provided, or not known'

Hi,

I tried to install 7.0-BETA4 on both VMWARE Server 1.04 and VMWare 
Workstation 6.02 using ftp over an http proxy and both fail with the
error  message above.

Did I miss anything? Needless to say that 6.2 installs fine.
