New nsdispatch.c __fallback errors, any clues?

Hi Andrey,
Thanks for pointing this out. All the messages that you're seeing have
DEBUG status, so they don't indicate an error. They're just annoying
bits of debug information. I've just committed a fix, that writes this
kind of message to logs only when it's really needed.
