I haven't tested this yet, but perhaps this is due to obrien's -I
change? Perhaps acpica_prep.sh wasn't run with all the header
substitions enabled since they are commented out currently. Jung-uk,
can you check if includes are not "file.h" but
<sys/contrib/dev/acpica/file.h>?
