uhub0: device problem (SET_ADDR_FAILED), disabling port 2 printer

PROBLEM SOLVED.

Sorry for the uneccessary traffic. Disconnecting the printer didn't solve the
issue. So turned the printer off and on again and that seems to have solved
the problem. I don't know if the USB state was left on a bad state by a device
I connected beforehand or if the printer's USB capabilities are just buggy.
