6-BETA1 iwi + wpa_supplicant fails, and sometimes silently re boots

The firmware isn't in the base system so modfiying devd.conf doesn't 
make sense.  I believe it's sufficient to load the firmware from a 
start_if.iwi0 script in which case the port/package that has the 
firmware could set this up for you.
