Xlib locale (compatibility?) breakage.

Hi, I have trouble with X11 locale.

I updated today's CURRENT and try to use X11 in ja_JP.eucJP
location, then I got message:

Warning: locale not supporte  by C library locale unchanged.
Counldn't set locale: ja_JP.eucJP ja_JP.ujis ja_JP.EUC japanese.euc
Japanese-EUC, ja, japan

First, I tryed with a bit older XFree86 , But
with xorg for 5.3-RELEASE, nothing changed.

any ideas?
