CVSup: upgrade to 5-current

I did that last night and ended up with 5.4-prerelease or something
similar.  If one wants 5.3-stable, they need to use this tag:

tag=RELENG_5_3

At least that is what I found in my reading last night and am starting
all over so I can get to 5.3-stable.
