Actually it does (well, or should), under COMMON ITEMS (towards the bottom of
the file).
However, the 'To upgrade in-place from 4.x-stable to current' could probably
use some addititons/remarks for the 5.x-stable-to-current case (I'd offer
some, but I haven't done such an upgrade yet).
