ATI on FreeBSD! FireGL Linux Driver Port

You can add Mobility Radeon x300 to the confirmed supported list.

`make clean; make; make install` completed without any warnings.  You might
want to use `install -d` to avoid failures on missing directories.

Tested on RELENG_6 from Dec 2 (see attached uname_-a.txt):

- Loaded Xorg 6.8.2 and KDE 3.4, no problems.  See attached fglrx_Xorg.0.log
and radeon_Xorg.0.log for comparison between the fglrx and radeon drivers.

- Ran glxgears, default window size, both drivers with DRI disabled.
	fglrx: ~164 FPS
	radeon: ~670 FPS.

- Ran fgl_glxgears with the fglrx driver.  Failed to run, error message
attached as fgl_glxgears_error.log.
