cant boot 6-current sesnap

kernel.gz.boot is not a full kernel but just the first few kilobytes of a 
compressed kernel.  Is the SESNAP machine not using cdboot to boot?  5.x and 
beyond don't support using floppy images for CD booting anymore, just 
using /boot/cdboot.
