interrupt storm and atapicam

[Vulpes Velox]

Just got around to adding a DVD+RW drive to my machine today. I went
to add atapicam to the system. When I recompiled the kernel and
rebooted I got an error about a interrupt storm on atapci1 and it
freezes.
