Deadlock problems with 'kill PID' on CURRENT

No. The load was ~ 3 this time and there was a lot of IO going on. But
the box did not swap at all, it was untouched. We have 2GB ram in this
server so it does not swap at all usually:

Mem: 504M Active, 1178M Inact, 182M Wired, 95M Cache, 112M Buf, 43M Free
Swap: 4096M Total, 60K Used, 4096M Free
