Neither do I, but the powers-that-be may want to take a look around.
Although I don't have a shell history, the exact string of commands that I
executed would be:
<boot to single-user>
tcsh
mount -o rw /
vinum start
mount -a
cd /usr/src
make installworld
mergemaster
shutdown -r now
