CD access panic on 5.2RC2 (similar to panic before for audio/data CD access)

Ok, if some of these problems were fixed, I will then update. I didnt
want to update if it wasnt yet fixed. I am quite happy with 5.2RC2,
except for this problem and dont like to update to newer versions of
software unless there is a compelling reason. Some softwares tend to
break more on an update and I have been bitten much too often on that
to simply experiment.
