authpf user missing from master.passwd

Works fine here using a source tree cvsup'd yesterday morning after
the merge message hit this list.  Just ran mergemaster before the
buildworld and merged in the needed users and groups.  No errors in
buildworld, buildkernel, installkernel, or installworld.
