Broadcom 5782 failure on 5.2.1-R

Just got the pressed 5.2.1-R cdroms in the mail, and set it to task
on this compaq desktop.  Fails both with ACPI on and ACPI off.

hp/compaq d530 desktop P4 2.6 HT CPU with 1GB RAM
