PCI interrupt routing with APIC and ACPI new patch for acpi_irq.patch

If you have a system that has an APIC, are using ACPI, and used to use 
acpi_irq.patch or some other patch to force the SCI to be level triggered to 
prevent an interrupt storm (or are getting an interrupt storm on acpi0 when 
using APIC and ACPI), please backout any patches you have and try
