Or, if you don't have a floppy drive, SuSE's v8 ftp install ISO has
memtest86 as a boot option.  I think the ISO is something like 20MB.

I got it from LinuxISO.org but they only have the 9.0 ISO now.  I don't
know if memtest86 is on it.
