Major error when trying to portupgrade on latest -current system/ports.

Yes I just tested the libc fix that was commited shortly afterwards.
This did the trick. I installed the new libc and then recompiled python
with libpthread. My portupgrade -rai is now running perfectly with no
errors using my original libmap.conf.

So problem solved!
