[PLEASE TEST] Better support for Synaptics Touchpads

OK:

 I put this in device.hints and my mouse works in X but not at the
xterm. FreeBSD 5.3 B2 no longer locks up when configuring the mouse
with sysinstall.

hint.psm.0.flags="0x200"
