ndis compilation failure in -CURRENT

is ndis known to be broken in this morning's sources? i am getting the
following error from make buildkernel:

/usr/src/sys/compat/ndis/subr_ndis.c: In function `ndis_workfunc':

incompatible pointer type

this is a dell latitude d600 with 'options NDISAPI' on in the kernel
config (full config can be provided on request). 

the actual ndis and if_ndis modules are compiling fine. only the kernel
with NDISAPI is having drama for me today.
