USB keyboard problems

I'm also having a USB keyboard problem (totally unresponsive, but Caps
Lock LED works) with 5.3-BETA install CD.  This is on an HP Compaq
D530 desktop.  Keyboard works fine with 5.2.1-RELEASE.  I'm attaching
dmesg and devinfo from a 5.2.1 installation.
