if_vr.c:506 (panic in new 1.93 revision)

the panic only occurs in this new 1.93 revision. so the last commit 
broke it.

instantly after booting kernel when doing rc-voodo, setting up the 
interface right after i read something like set hostname=...

panic: _mtx_lock_sleep: recursed on non-recursive mutex vr0 @ 
/usr/src/sys/pci/if_vr.c:506

i didnt set/unset any mpsafenet sysctl... so it has the default value, 
cant check at the moment, because its a remote host and obvously the nic 
donst work right now...
