build error building cvs doc?

Anybody seeing this same error during "buildworld"?

I installed 5.1-RELEASE and the sources to go along and have since CVSup'ed
-current (most recently as 2 hours ago) but I keep seeing this error when
trying to do a buildworld. Anybody else seeing it? If not, any clues as to what
this is?
