HTT on single CPU?

I wonder if Pentium(R) 4 2.53GHz supports HTT.
Please check your CPU and motherboard support HTT.
My box has GIGABYTE GA 8IPE1000 Pro motherboard and Pentium(R) 4
2.4CGHz single processor.
