HEADS UP: dynamic root support now in the tree

Just to clear everything up. A dynamically-linked /sbin and /bin is
still not the default. In order to build a dynamically-linked /sbin
and /bin requires you to define WITH_DYNAMICROOT. Sorry for the
confusion.
