i386 kern.flp overflow

Sign #1 that a release cycle will begin soon:  "make release" doesn't
work.

I'm unable to build a release because kern.flp overflowed (again).

freebsd-current:stage% du -s image.kern
1418    image.kern

Erk...just checked at snapshots.jp.freebsd.org, it couldn't build this
either.  :-(
