I confirm some tabs hangs. It can happen in simple or complex pages.
To me it happens with approximate frequency: 1 times every 15 tabs opened.


I am running FreeBSD-11.1.
Installed chromium from package
#> pkg info | grep chrom
chromium-61.0.3163.100_5
