confirmation: links not clickable in Chromium 28.0.1500.71 on 9.1-RELEASE

Interesting: Tony's test page has the same effect for me on my
9.1-RELEASE box with Chromium 28: the outside table links are clickable
for me, but the inside table link is not. And I, too, can tab over the
unclickable link.
