fresh build of chromium fails

This is what I get, and If I mkdir Local State that failure goes away.

FreeBSD 9.0-RC1 #0: Sat Oct 29 17:35:38 EDT 2011 amd64

CFLAGS=-O2 -march=native -pipe and I am using:

FreeBSD clang version 3.0 (trunk 135360) 20110717
Target: x86_64-unknown-freebsd9.0
